Cantina Bernardi, Fior de Cassia Frizzante Tappo NV

Located in the idyllic village of Refrontolo, about an hour outside of Venice, the vineyards of Cantina Bernardi sit next to an ancient water mill which the winery has adopted as its symbol. Using the exact same production method and grape, Glera, which goes into the world-renowned Prosecco, this gently sparkling (frizzante) is an easy-drinking wine, with the classic Glera flavour of fresh lemon backed up with pleasant notes of almond and pear.
